Teaching
Elizabeth does guest lectures and also teaches a 30-hour long intense class on real estate and house flipping. Students learn about finance of buying, estimation of constructions costs, finding deals, analyzing markets, staging, creating floor plans and elevations, creative housing situations, rentals, wholesaling, and negotiation strategies. The week concludes with each student presenting on the topic of their choice.
